It was stein who was the pro tem. He was saying that there were things in the complaint that could mayne rise to defamation but nothing that john doe 1 said.


Rick is so desperate for any kind of win he's ignoring the actual court rulings in two seperate jurisdictions by actual judges. Vs an off the cuff remark made by essentially the "practice judge". They have no authority and he didn't even add that to his written report to Schulman. No a judge didn't agree to that. He's not a judge and he didn't even agree anyway.
