I believe Pig is conflating Herpes simplex HSV-1 with HSV-2.
It's true most people have HSV-1, as it's transmitted from parents to infants via kissing. It causes minor canker sores inside your mouth, often triggered by stress during puberty.

HSV-2 is the herpes people are afraid of, which can cause open sores on the outside of your mouth and genitals. Pig, not knowing the difference, just declared that he has the later. Boy is he dumb.
