To be fair, they have an Owen Hart tournament on AEW and they sell Owen Hart merchandise because his wife and family are the ones involved in it. I still think it's funny though that they have a tournament named after a guy who died 20 years before the company was started.WTF!?!
He sells Pat Duffy merch too.
I thought the WWE/Vince's tribute to Chris Benoit after his death was tastefully done.
Vince spent close to $100million on his wife's failed political career. How much of it was laundering is unclear as his wife probably pocketed a lot because of all of his affairs/rapes. But the guy is way past his prime for decades and basically destroyed the WWE rather than just leave with dignity.
He hated everyone he worked with and said nothing, hated various comics, said nothing,
hated Vince, said nothing and allowed a steady stream of washed up wrestlers on as guests.
Opie was always the one in interviews that would ask the most brutal questions. Knowing that they were wildly out of line or insane. He literally took his autism to new heights when he berated Jimmy Snuka over and over about his dead girlfriend to the point where police used the interview to open up a new investigation against him. Because his answers made it so obvious he murdered his girlfriend. You got that ass-backwards as usual there, retard. Opie was supposedly "difficult to work with" BECAUSE he would say something to people's faces unlike Anthony Cumia who chuckled at Opie's antics for years, defended Opie vehemently from fans, and benefited from his greatness.
