This lazy asshole used a power washer to spray some dirt off his shitty parking spot and into the alley when he could have just used a shovel and a broom three years ago. Not only that, he didn't even bother to use it for it's intended purpose and clean off the filth covering the wall. How can anyone be so methodically retarded?

My neighbor has me concerned he will be doing illegal burns in his yard soon. It looks like he's built some type of fire pit which is really close to his house. Lately he's been spraying lighter fluid everywhere and letting it soak in the soil. It seems like he could start burning anyday now and I'm scared of what could happen. Please visit and let this man know this is not legal.I wonder if Pat got a permit for that row of bricks he's calling a retaining wall? I don't see any jointing, either, and the material (brick) does not appear to match the concrete of his "carport". Let's see what the Milwaukee Building Codes are. To Subchapter 4!!

Yeah I had the same thought. He didn't even clean the walls at all. He could have just swept the "carport" with a broom into a big pile, picked it up with a 5 gallon bucket and a shovel, and then rinsed the concrete with a hose. I could have done that in an hour. He didn't clean the walls and he didn't even really clean the concrete. You can see where he used the pressure washer vs where it's still dirty. Jesus Christ, he's worthless.
