I could see the attachment if it was his first car, he was the original owner, always garaged, and it was never in an accident but this is a salvage title. Right now is as much money as he could get for it. Once the car companies get back on track and the used car market settles down that thing will be worth a few grand max.

Even then the way he talks about it is so schmaltzy and gay. You could have an undeniably cool car that turns heads and inspires envy wherever you go, as he seems to think his does, and it would take everything in me to not be visibly disgusted hearing someone talk that way.

Yeah he is pretty off putting in any conversation. He must be super cringe at car shows where he tries to car talk with other car guys.

I’d be willing to bet he’s paid to have his car in a show before and didn’t feel the least bit weird that his was the only modern car that wasn’t some kind of luxury or racing model.
