This thread fell apart quick. If you want to do this right, look at movies that won Oscars. So many nothing films there. Posting middle of the road crap from the 90's-mid 2000's isn't really it. Also a lot of these movies are still referenced here and there on the internet by nostalgia faggots.

I don't know why this reminded me, but one time my dad and I were watching some "list of greatest movies" that some obvious fag film critic had made on TVO or PBS and when he got to the old Italian movie "Bicycle Thieves" he started crying and couldn't pull himself together. Like inconsolable bawling. I wish I could find a clip because it was fucking hilarious. He closed out the show still crying.

Probably, but the guy was just so fucking moved by the story that he was tears streaming, snot-in-his-mustache crying for like 10 minutes straight. Buddy had himself a little Kevin Smith moment.
Lol I remember Teen Angel. My good, black friend Ron Glass was in it.
Glass got some of the best lines in that show, really dry comebacks and a smooth delivery.
The lead Mike Damus was a gifted young TV comic actor, very good physically and with broad Carrey-esque comedy.
He tried stand-up and flopped, and I think only ever booked a couple of other sitcoms (one with Eric McCormick of Will & Grace). it's a pity. Not sure what he does now, likely either writing for others, or a normy job.
