Funny thing is, this is the movie I was thinking of, but I was picturing the kangaroo mutants from Tank Girl.
I'm trying to find one of those sites where you can synch up a youtube video for multiple viewers but it appears they've all been subsumed into the Watch2gether shoggoth. Shame, I was really looking forward to bragging to people that I watched a B-movie with the T-Bone Vigoda.
