He got voted out for sneakily giving in to democrat demands in the CR after making promises regarding spending during the original speaker votes. He needed Gaetz and crew for the tiny majority and basically told them to fuck off with that move.

We’re going to pass a budget bill, and i’ve read this many times, it’s a long bill, great bill, so long that I don’t think anybodys read it but me…but it’s a great bill folks. And we have to pass it. There’s so much funding to fight against the terrible invasion happening on our Southern border, so much funding, the number is so high you wouldn’t believe it. And truly, even I don’t, but I do, because i’m used to these big numbers, usually in dollar amounts, that I know what i’m looking at, and I know exactly how to appropriate this, okay? You won’t see Sleepy Joe holding little Pablos hand across the Rio Grande and putting him in 5 star hotels, our great 5 star hotels such as the Ritz Carlton, free of charge, and kicking Veterans out so illegals can stay, okay? And it’s terrible, really terrible. You look at my great state of New York, okay? It was my state, but not anymore, because i’m so ashamed of it, it’s just terrible what they’re doing there. All the Ritz Carltons, completely packed out with fentanyl dealers, our poor US citizens can’t even get a room, they have to travel to Maryland just to get a place. Can you imagine that? Can you imagine that folks? Taking your family on a trip to our great New York City, the best City in the world, or at least it was, and your reservation has been stolen by an illegal? We don’t want that, do we folks? Do we? We don’t. That’s why in our new budget bill, which is maybe the greatest budget bill ever passed, maybe even the greatest bill passed in the history of this country, we are removing all federal funding to New York.

Jews are on the chopping block next, we can't afford to keep funding all these foreign obligations. Decouple from NATO, no more foreign aid unless it benefits us directly. Why are we by far the biggest contributors to Ukraine even though it is basically a slavic civil war that has nothing to do with us? This is Europe's problem, not ours. NATO was supposed to prevent war.. not provide kindling. During German reunification talks with Gorbachev and HW, Sec of State James Baker said famously "NATO will not expand one inch to the East" in order for Russia to remove their 500,000 soldiers and bases from the region and back to their own border. NATO has continued to expand up to Russia's border now with our NATO puppet regime in Ukraine and all the other steps forward.
