- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

My bestfriends dad came down with cancer ( non-hodgkins lymphoma) like days after the second shot. Super healthy up until then. Passed away last week. Went from golfing every week to dead in 2 months. That is why I dont fault the folks that are scared to get it. Even though I got the shot. Whats fucked is people like pat that write these people off as collateral damage. Like its just cost of doing business since they dont know these people. These people did all the "right" things during the pandemic. The Trump head thing was her funniest bit by far. That story about his aspie kid seeing it and freaking out was hilarious. Otherwise she sucked, I always found her stupid neurotic weirdo act to be really contrived and retarded. So if she dies, what do I care?
