I have a confession to make, i haven’t listened to their 2013 album yet

Do it. It took a couple listens to really make me a big fan of it which in my opinion is the mark of an excellent album.

Yeah their stuff is more psychedelic/garage rock but I had the same reaction when that album came out. They usually release 2 albums a year.
