It seems to change depending on how badly he's losing. He'll try to sell it that everyone that fucks with him is just one guy, and then when that goes nowhere he changes to "a community", only to change back to the "One Guy" again after that.

He does the same thing with his threats. "You'll be in jail". Six months go by, so it changes to "you're being sued". That fails, so we're right back to "jail forever". He just constantly cycles back and forth every time the tires spin long enough.
