Just a guess here, as I would have no knowledge about it. But these are sanctions. Resto was the lawyer who submitted the subpoena which was in violation that caused the sanctions. He's not responsible for the debt, but he'll be involved until the debt is paid, or he is formally removed as counsel. There are rules around who needs to be notified and sent copies of these types of things.

Again, no inside info, but that would seem to be the case. Using some basic logic here, there's probably a reason why quasi would only domesticate one of the debts. Or not? Who knows.
