- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

The suicide by cop video or his professional work?
I’ve never voluntarily put it on, but its impossible to not have come across parts of it. I never watch anything having to do with police confrontations or really public freakouts of any kind. This sounds faggy but it gives me anxiety out the ass, and I put myself into the situation mentally and let it get me really worked up. Theres no reason for me to voluntarily put conflict in my brain when I have enough to deal with in real life.

I saw parts of it. In all honesty, I found it uncomfortable to watch. OK, he was a drug addict felon, and the sanctification of him by the activists and media since is sickening, but he was still a person and you see him die. The faggot cop shouldn't have gone to prison for murder but he didn't need to have his knee on him for that long. He was cuffed and lying on his front. He wasn't going anywhere.
