Same. Im not even allowed to mention my employer in a positive light. They specifically told us to not tag the company in any facebook/social media profile or it is an automatic infraction of our Digital Media Policy.I work for a very well known company and they actually have employees sign a social media agreement when hired which pretty says “don’t post anything bad or controversial on social media and if you do we can fire you for violating the terms of this agreement”
I had no idea she got popped, that's fucking hilarious. Fucking shame at the same time, I'm going to miss her lunatic takes on everything.No. Betsy got suspended from twitter.
Be nice.Won't somebody pay attention to Bam!?!? PLEASE!?!?!?
Ditto. Their social media presence is very carefully crafted and they aren't fans of their employees fucking it up. Lucky me, I'm not dumb enough to use my real identity on any social media anyways. There's no upside to it unless you're hawking something,Same. Im not even allowed to mention my employer in a positive light. This is the point!Be nice.
She's schizo, you know...
Yeah I’m sure a lot of companies have adapted it, especially since they don’t want their name dragged in the mud if someone is posting all kinds of crazy shit. They also say to make it very vague what department you even work and to not tag them / post it etc. I remember one dopey kid right out of college got in trouble for taking selfies at his desk and tagging the company after just being to not do that. I notice the younger people have a real problem realizing they can’t post about their job all daySame. Im not even allowed to mention my employer in a positive light.
