$20 an hour for this entry level position. Guy is in his early 20s and was a complete lump on a log during the interview but I hired him because we need the bodies.

Today is his 2nd shift and he called out. Reason being? His ANXIETY is overwhelming him because I corrected him several times during his first shift.

When he comes back I'll make sure to criticize him for EVERYTHING until he cries and quits.
