All of them were pussies in person to people. Opie ripping on that Stern fan "how's that feel fucker?!!" when backed up his own security. Norton ripping on 9/11 truthers over the phone but pissing himself against Ventura. Same with Anthony going crazy with rants about guns or race but then backing down against comedians who would challenge him in studio. Or Anthony having one of Danny's friends steal from him and not doing anything. Or letting a black hooker slap his face like a little bitch and not doing anything. Or "the cunt can't even look at me" faggy backstabbing effeminate behavior.
They would also not argue with their friends on touchy subjects. Like when Bonnie would come into the studio and say "women are funny" you never heard a single argument from the three hosts. But when she would leave they would shit all over women comedians. Opie even said that women are not funny enough to be on radio and that they will just be 'the hole' at best. They even did a Jocktober hole theme for an entire week.
O&A was the most no holds barred show for sure. But they definitely had their areas where they would avoid being honest. But Anthony and Norton have their entire lives centered around dishonesty now. Norton with his fake alcoholism and stolen Chip character. Anthony with his homosexuality and drug and drinking lifestyle but acting like he is a straight White pinnacle of virtue. And Opie deluding himself that any of the regular comedians and the other hosts were ever his friend for even a second.
