There's so much infuriating about this picture. The food looks like absolute shit. Dried out, nasty meatloaf with congealed ketchup/gravy on top. Disgusting, dried out (seeing a trend here) mashed potatoes loaded with butter. Three slices of bread, MORE butter, and a shitty salad. No wonder he's fat. This is one of the least nutritious meals I've ever seen. It's only slightly better than McDonalds and that's basically because of the salad.

So he's got that spread out all over the bar, with his stupid water and tea and it's pretty obvious he arranged it all just right so he can take a pic and post it on fucking Twitter like an asshole. Then in the very left corner you can see his laptop or mouse. So not only does he have all this slop spread out over the bar but he also has his laptop, mouse, whatever else. He probably has his dumb sweaty hat on the bar. He's gotta be taking up at least 3 spaces. What a fucking asshole. Fat too.
