The PSP was a great idea that just got eaten up by the big boy consoles. Revolutionary when it came out. It was the first console for me that eventually was used for media consumption more than it was used for actual gaming. I wish it wasn't all glossy black when they first dropped, that look doesn't date well compared to normal plastic. Sony uses a really good plastic moulding company and they could have make the PSP in their normal matte black and it would have been perfect.
