I have. They're still whichever species you started with and in most cases it's not even caused by mutation. A certain subset of the bacteria is sufficiently different from the others that it can handle the antibiotics just like the blacks can handle the sun better than the whites - the difference is in gene expression within the species. Since bacteria replicates by division it can very quickly "out-breed" members of its own species when antibiotics are used. Nothing was generated.

To stretch the analogy you've turned the entire world into Africa and only the blackest survive but they're still (not) people.
