Here's another NYC pizza anecdote: in the last year i lived up there, the local little caesars in Woodside, and another one in Bushwick, both went independent. They both became ostensibly different pizza places, but both kept the little caesars menu and ingredients

The one in Woodside called itself Little Cheers

I don't have any NYC pizza stories but in Korea I lived across from a place that insisted on putting green tea in their dough. It made me sick at first but I slowly learned to love it. Now I miss it cuz it doesn't exist anywhere else in the world.
