They have a Westminster system, each riding elects an MP, the party with either the majority or almost always the most seats, selects their leader as PM. There is no vote directly for the executive. In that respect it's better than even the EC. Unfortunately it's a first pass the posr, not proportinal system of voting so a party can get a significant share of the vote nationally and have no seats in the house.
