- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

This is true with most states, and I can tell you, that the only way it happens is if the mother fucks up on a colossal scale. With my ex-wife it was after her boyfriend/baby daddy got arrested for domestic violence. She had already voluntarily let my oldest come live with me a year before that, because they couldn't stand living with her. I filed the ex-parte while my youngest staying at my home during my designated parenting time, and I was given primary custody. Since she was dependent on him as her and her baby's meal ticket, she couldn't kick him out or fight the ex-parte. Getting a court to take them from me without throwing him out is never going to happen. I wouldn't be surprised if something similar is going on with Jackingbutlegal.
