I want to play Diablo 4 because I never played a Diablo, but I still haven't finished TOTK and I got SF6 and barely played it. Diablo looks like Monster Hunter in that the player can dump a 1000 hours into mindless grinding easily.
I've never played a Diablo game either, but I hear a lot of good things about Diablo 2. As for 4, I would be hesitant, because modern-day Blizzard is a fucking joke. Personally, I would try to watch some gameplay videos for the game before investing 60 dollars into it.

Final Fantasy Tactics by miles. Like by miles. No idea why they never tried to make a online version?

than FF6, and the FF's before 6 are pretty good. I love Chrono Trigger, but it's like the Godfather and you really have to be in the fucking mood.

Earthbound is tight, been meaning to play it again. I have the SNES game and box. It goes for like $1600 but I don't have the book because my parents threw it out.

Good taste. If you ever replay Earthbound, then play Mother 3 through emulator right after. I would argue it's an even tighter and more fulfilling experience than Earthbound.

When I was a kid I loved "Lunar 2 Eternal Blue" on the Playstation because the anime cutscenes were neat, and not to be "my heccin childhood!" but I've intentionally never looked it up since I was a kid in the very likely chance it was actually faggy bullshit all along and I was just amazed by cartoons.

It's not at all. I played them for the first time this year and loved every minute of it. Hard to decide if I liked 1 or 2 more but the ending of 2 was PFG.

wwaw FF7R, kind of feel like FF13 where you just walk a straight line, fight some battle and watch a cut scene

Never played 13. I like FF7R's combat more than any other FF, but the liberties taken with the plot were bizarre. It's marketed as a remake but isn't.

The next game isn't going to be as linear, so there's that.

I couldn't understand the dick sucking that game got. The only reason I finished it was to see how they handled certain parts/ruined them. If it wasn't a remake I would have tapped out halfway in. I didn't like the combat but it wasn't nearly as bad as XV so it's a tough one.
