I remember being atheist for a few months freshman year of college. Watched a Richard Dawkins documentary where he gets into a spat with that gay meth preacher that was somehow connected to Bush, Bill Maher's Religulous (guess which religion he treats with kid gloves?), and even went to the university's "Atheist Club" meeting once where they showed an episode of Penn and Teller's "Bullshit." Some dork there tried to explain to me how scientists "figured out exactly" how the Big Bang happened, using a bunch of technical sounding gobbledygook. They were so smug and gay I thought "Alright, I'm still not going to church, but these guys are a bunch of fags." They really are their ideology's worst spokesmen.

Actually there is no formal logic that can prove formal logic. Karl Popper taught us the job of science is to disprove a thesis. Not to prove it.

Logic is a construct that works pretty well. If a is b and b is c then a is c. Superficially it makes sense. But more complex models of it are easily disporoven. I actually don't fully understand it to be honest. I just know what the conclusion is.
