You’re getting your timelines confused or something. The official timeline for that night is: Anthony and Dani come back from dinner. Anthony loses his gun and flies into a rage. Dani calls the police and Ant rips the phone out of the wall in response, starts beating her. Dani livestreams while Ant tries to find his gun. Cops show up from call Dani made where she says she “called them by mistake”, then shouts at them that they need help finding a gun. To which Anthony, with clenched teeth, goes “YOU STOP THAT. RIGHT THE FUCK NOW.” and the video stops.

Right. I stopped paying attention to Anthony basically after he was fired. I was never around for the arrest or the O&A subreddit so I barely remember any of this stuff. Anthony the night of the arrest took Dani's phone, after she called 911 unbeknownst to Anthony, and smashed the screen in and then smashed his landline phone to prevent her from calling the cops but it was already too late. Then he beat his girlfriend and strangled her purely out of rage not knowing that cops would see the bruises. But at that point police were already on their way. When police got there they literally just left like nothing was wrong because they were incompetent. Though maybe they knew Anthony or Keith.

I remember reading that one time Anthony had hit Dani during another fight, possibly a year before the big arrest night, and had broken one of her hands. And a police officer happened to come by that day to drop something off for Anthony. Maybe PBA cards or information on concealed carry or whatever. And Dani tried to get the officer's attention but he just waved at her and left. Someone told one of the NY newspapers that Anthony had hit Dani before and been in huge fights in public with her. She told police that he had now broken two of her hands on separate occasions. So apparently Anthony had a history of hitting this poor girl. Which would align with his father's beatings Rosalie and Brother Joe's alleged domestic violence where he said his girlfriend hit herself with a frying pan instead of him hitting her which doesn't really seem credible anymore with his lies over his DD214.

Everybody on here thinks Dani is a weirdo cunt, and she is, but I have no doubt that bitch was afraid that night. Put yourself in her shoes. You are an anorexic young little girl who’s already boozed up. You call the police because your boyfriend is freaking out, to which he rips a phone out of the wall and starts beating you.

She alleged that he had hit her before. But this time she feared for her life. Hence calling 911 and trying to record him the entire time. This is always ignored by his friends from Compound including the various young women he is always hanging around with or associating. That house party or karaoke party he went to with those young girls where they must all be oblivious to the fact that Anthony beat his girlfriend so badly she had multiple fractures. Those girls must have no idea what kind of person Anthony really is. Human garbage.

The livestream is purely so he doesn’t freak the fuck out and kill her with no witnesses. The idea that Anthony cries about going to rehab and corrupt cops fucking him over is laughable. He’s fucking lucky he’s not in jail to this day.

This is what so many people even here gloss over or forget. Why would someone like Bill Burr or Opie possibly want to associate with Anthony anymore? Or someone like Bobby or Vos? Anthony basically almost killed his girlfriend. He beat and strangled her and was looking for his gun. To do what with the gun exactly? He once shot his computer in anger remember. I bet that the thought seriously crossed his mind over whether or not he could get away with straight up murdering his girlfriend. Pretty sick.

He posted when he was in SC that he had an AR and a pistol. But literally since the domestic abuse case up until that point he didn’t post a single weapon. And keep in mind this is Cumia. No one was dropping anything off to Anthony. Everybody on here thinks Dani is a weirdo cunt, and she is, but I have no doubt that bitch was afraid that night. Put yourself in her shoes. She got his iPad from his office and called the cops with that and used Periscope on that iPad to record him after he beat her. I couldn't stand that annoying sperg, but that video and that night were frightening. She was genuinely terrified and in pain. Smart of her to get it on video because most people wouldn't have believed her. Anthony was definitely wasted and enraged. He tried hard to look like he was doing no wrong and Dani was overreacting, but it just made him look guilty.

Then we found out later she hid the gun he was frantically searching for because she was genuinely afraid he'd shoot her that night. His ballwashers who still believe Anthony did no wrong and Dani made it up are legitimately retarded. The girl was in the hospital with bruises, lacerations, a broken hand (from him stomping on it to stop her from using her phone to call the cops), and she had a cracked rib. He went to jail, cut a deal to pay her hospital bills (and an out of court settlement), and went to "rehab" (where he still drank and bragged out it on Twitter) so they would reduce his charges to misdemeanors.
