I used to love when he'd babble about his "cover points", and how he'd coolly dispatch the negro home invaders with his tactics and strategy. It's like the fags who think that in some sort of societal collapse, they'll simply forage for wild edibles and be fine. In a real negro home invasion scenario involving Nana, there's a 100% chance he'd shoot himself in the foot and a solid 50% chance he'd end up being raped with his own gun. No they didn't. They only didn't die because the US government refused to allow the military to actually wipe them out. We could have easily fully committed to genocide in Afghanistan with our modern weapons. They literally had more protection from the ROE than their own WWII era weapons.
The point of the war was just to launder Pentagon money not actually win or lose even. Just wash a few trillion in cash. No one in charge was thinking about tactics or strategy they were thinking about how to purchase $250million in computers and air conditioners only to throw them into the burn pits.

Technically under the Gun Control Act of 1968, it’s illegal for someone who has an active restraining order, or who has been convicted of domestic violence to possess a gun. So even if a gun isn’t involved, under Federal Law he would have to surrender them anyway, since he committed domestic assault, and had a restraining order against him.

Does anyone know if Anthony ever got his guns back? Or only a partial amount of them? I cannot believe that he would be allowed to keep his firearms after his arrest but maybe Keith the lawyers came through.
Dani alleged to police that Anthony had broken both her hands on two separate occasions within the span of a year. One thing that gets lost in Anthony's whole domestic violence arrest is that he apparently had beaten this girl once before. And this time when he beat her enough to break her bones in multiple place it was pure coincidence that cops showed up to drop off some stuff for Anthony and his girlfriend signaled 'help' to them and he was arrested.

He posted when he was in SC that he had an AR and a pistol. But literally since the domestic abuse case up until that point he didn’t post a single weapon. And keep in mind this is Cumia. If he had them he’d be showing them off like always, and he’d be doing it even more to show the Redditards he still has them. But he never posted them until this year when he became a resident of SC. Wonder what the connection is there.
Oh yeah. Now when you look this law up yourself it’ll plainly state that SC passed a law in 2015 barring anyone convicted of DA in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree. Except…

You’re getting your timelines confused or something. The official timeline for that night is: Anthony and Dani come back from dinner. Anthony loses his gun and flies into a rage. Dani calls the police and Ant rips the phone out of the wall in response, starts beating her. Dani livestreams while Ant tries to find his gun. Cops show up from call Dani made where she says she “called them by mistake”, then shouts at them that they need help finding a gun. To which Anthony, with clenched teeth, goes “YOU STOP THAT. RIGHT THE FUCK NOW.” and the video stops.
No one was dropping anything off to Anthony. Everybody on here thinks Dani is a weirdo cunt, and she is, but I have no doubt that bitch was afraid that night. Put yourself in her shoes. You are an anorexic young little girl who’s already boozed up. You call the police because your boyfriend is freaking out, to which he rips a phone out of the wall and starts beating you. The livestream is purely so he doesn’t freak the fuck out and kill her with no witnesses. The idea that Anthony cries about going to rehab and corrupt cops fucking him over is laughable. He’s fucking lucky he’s not in jail to this day.
