Final Fantasy (and probably Dragon Quest) is the weeb version of capeshit with the side effect of turning fans into trannies. Bland franchise for bland people. Play something better. 6 may be the "best" 2D one but that's not saying much.

Crystal is good, yeah. Heart Gold or Soul Silver might be better but Gen 2 Pokemon in general was the peak.

Fuck yea, i've been thinking about doing a run through of the Nintendo and super nintendo ones.
Final Fantasy didn't get gay until part 7.
However, Final Fantasy Tactics is easily the "godfather" of video games.

Chrono Trigger still rules. I played it recently and it was shorter than I remember.
People shit on Chrono Cross but I thought it was pretty good. Yeah it's not a true sequel and the story makes zero sense unless you have a flowchart and ten pages of a wiki (and even then it's autistic jap nonsense) but the music is great, the characters are fun, and the combat system isn't bad.
