Just read through his little blurb. No mention of his writing career. He's at the same level as Pat as a writer.

Before he started working here in September 2020, he had many occupations and gained versatility in the work force. He worked as a software engineer, and IT consultant, an online marketing specialist, and a triathlon race director. Even though this is his first job in the legal field, his extensive knowledge in multiple fields is great for our team.

A real jack of all trades. What kind of a software engineer makes a career change to paralegal? An experienced software engineer with solid skills makes $150k/year these days.
