For the record, the original The Omen was my one of my favourite horror movies and a lot of people seem to have skipped it. Worth watching the whole god awful sequels for great moments like this though



After the first five dates the kid rattles off, why would you keep going? At that point he kinda proved himself.

I've seen both. Faawkin brutal.

From what I remember, the American version is pretty much just a scene-for-scene remake of the original. I thought they were about equally as good.
I thought the two young guys were much better in the original, but yes otherwise it's a shot for shot remake from the same director.

Saw both versions. And while I enjoyed them, I think the “rewind” scene is a mistake. I understand why he did it and what the point of it was. Okay, message received.

So at that point why am I watching your movie if the explicit point is “haha fuck you!”? I guess it still has me talking about it and it “elevates” it from a straight up horror movie in a sense.

That's how I felt. I get the "point", but it doesn't make it any less retarded
