Vaporware was made a woman with no musical talent so she slowed down a bunch of existing songs. When they actually write melodies and do a little of production it can be pretty good, I almost don't consider it vaporware.

My favorite is Sly & Robbie simply because they played every instrument that was sampled. They also released the last truly great dub album in 1985, which is the one I posted (even if they are 70's samples).
