Never learned to swim. My neighbor had a pool and all the kids would swim there but I could tell he was a pedophile. He was one of the Paul Weimer obvious types. He recently got out of prison at the age of 87 after doing ten years for child rape and still lives in my old neighborhood.

I already walk and ride my bicycle a lot. Maybe swimming is the thing i need to train the muscles i don’t already do and get some cardio in also and expand my lung capacity and endurance.

At one point 5-6 years ago I could swim 500m in 10 minutes. Stopped swimming for a while but now Im trying to get back to my old ways. Never felt healthier in my life than when I was swimming daily
