I remember seeing the last E3 (I don't think they even call it that anymore) presentation and expecting it to be shit and felt vindicated when the first three-quarters of it just seemed like a texture swap of the standard Bethesda "kill raiders on X location" model but then I was suprised to see they included shipbuilding, combat and actual navigation at the end.

Todd's still a dummy for not putting that shit front and center. People play spacefaring adventure games to have spacefaring adventures, not to fart around on the ground looting chests.

That's just The Outer Worlds. I was fooled by the danger-haired cunts in the ad campaign, but the game really kicked all the ass and turned out to be New Vegas without all the fluff.

Starfield looks too "vast" for me to properly enjoy.

Don't get me wrong, I love open worlds. But I'm more in the vein of RDR 1 than Just Cause.
