I could eat dozens a day no problem. In fact, I have done that. They're delicious.Who the fuck wants to eat a dozen eggs a day?
I can eat solid food, just not enoughHe's going through chemo. I'm guessing solid food isn't staying down.
I lost about 35 pounds in the last 2 months or so. Need to get as much of that back as possible. And I’m not working out, I just need mass, whatever it is.Protein powder to up your protein intake is FINE. It's one of the cheapest ways to get it, and the quality stuff (I use Gold Standard) come with a shit ton other vitamins and good stuff for you. There's no problem with using it, seriously.
How much you need to put on - 5 pounds? You can do this in about 8 weeks by going 300 calories over your baseline daily. 20 pounds? Going to take awhile unless you want to get sick and also put on fat while you're at it. If you're going for lean/clean increases, 300 calorie surplus should be about the sweet spot if you're hitting weights 5-6 days a week and resting enough.
Are you a lanklet? Hard to gain weight?
Geez. I still recommend the slow roll, for your health. Oprah-style yoyo-ing your weight is not good for your heart. You should be able to put on 2-3 pounds a month, in a healthy manner. And I'd still recommend heavier protein than anything else, as it *should* still replace more lost muscle mass than fat.I lost about 35 pounds in the last 2 months or so. Do you want me to list off recipes with eggs like Bubba from Forrest Gump?
