I've seen a couple of these on reddit when it first started happening and noticed it changes from text-to-text.
This one has the person's name, and says brown van.
This one says "executive slave catchers" instead of "executive slaves".
That's why I think Russia. The basic gist of the message was sent to a bunch of different troll farms, so it's not a pure copy/paste job.
