Update: He's been officially indicted in Korea which means, if convicted, he could be imprisoned for up to 29 years (based on the number of charges).
Apparently, the way it works is sentences are stacked - which means if he's convicted of the 1st and most minor offense (interfering with a business), the court then moves onto the next more serious charge and doles out a harsher sentence. Since he, in this hypothetical, is now a convicted person (of the first offense), the punishment for the 2nd offense is worse. The court then moves on to the 3rd offense and so on. All these convictions can be handed out in the same day. He's so fucked.
