I piss at least once or twice a night. If you're actually hydrating throughout the day, it should be totally normal to piss once every 3 or 4 hours.... You should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep.. Hence 2 piss sessions per night... Idk why you're all panicking.

I had blood in my poop a few years ago. At first I thought it was ass cancer, but it was probably just a hemorrhoid from constipation.

I piss in the middle of the night pretty much every night, more if I’m drinking which is always. I don’t have any other known health issues. I think it’s just getting older

You might be suffering from nocturia. Do you drink multiple cups of coffee in the morning/early afternoon? Any other caffeinated drinks? Alcohol? They're both bladder stimulants. Try cutting them down severely and see how it goes before you start panicking about something more serious going on.

It's a tough one, man. The worst is when, for example, you have the alarm set for 6:45, and you wake up and need to take a gut-busting piss at 5:30. Because you'll stumble back to bed feeling so relived that you'll fall back into a deep sleep again, only to get jarred awake a little more than an hour later. And it feels like you barely slept at all. Then again, I've always been a terrible morning person, so you can't go by me.
