of the people i've asked, more of them throw shit out if they're past the expiration date than I would think. But also I'm a dirty motherfucker. It's never about money, but more about experimentation and laziness. Milk for example, I only know from experience that it's still good like 2 weeks...

It's 95% vinegar with some pepper extract and maybe some sugar thrown in, it's basically entirely preservatives. Most things that are swimming in vinegar or made mostly of sugar will pretty much never go bad.

Heres something I’ve had to explain to my dumb wife a hundred times and she still doesn’t get it. The expiration date on the milk and most other things doesn’t mean shit once you’ve opened it.
