Hmmm, case in point:

right before I got out of the military, I had a boy looking dyke a 'troop'. Ugh, she was okay as far as people go, like if you asked her to do something she would.

But I guess her parents and school never taught her how to use a computer? So I got a call one day, when I was off saying I had to report to base to show her how to make PDF files. Because you know, a base of like 12,000 kike faggots couldn't show her, it had to be the supervisor. Than I get bitched at because she didn't know how to make them... Because that's my fault.

You lead the scrum with your crew, not have some asshat lead it for you. You find out all the current and anticipated problems right then and fix them so you don't find out mid-shift something's run out or is fucked. A manager is not a bossing role its facilitating/expediting work.

I've climbed up to where I'm at now, and I'm about 2 steps above the ideal situation. I'm tired of wrangling 40 year old autistic men, but I also don't want to be bossed around by a 40 year old autistic man. I will never take another pure management role, and I may try to get my next boss in trouble for sexual harassment so I can cash out.
