I've had great authentic Chinese food that was incredibly spicy and delicious, but after I learned about the types of oils they fry shit in, and then street or gutter oils, I can't do it. I bought my own MSG and have learned to make my beloved General Tso myself.

Still can't get noodles quite right yet.
