After a hurricane I went almost 2 weeks without power and no Internet for over a month and it sucked.

I feel your pain brother man.

Can you use a hotspot from your phone? That's how I was still able to play pubg after I got power back but still had no Internet.

I was able to convince T-Mobile to give me unlimited hotspot for the month after I confirmed to them my area was directly impacted from the storm and they gave me unlimited and then back to the normal 40 gigs (I believe) the month after.

I was using my hotspot totally fine for everything for like a day or so there, even did a video call thing and it worked well enough. I had no idea my plan didn't have unlimited data, til I get on the phone companies website, am talking to someone about it and it just turned off completely while I was chatting with them lol. I've been using my daughters a bit, she's on a different plan but have been trying to do DVDs and non internet stuff. The biggest annoyance is how shitty their customer service people have gotten. Even the "supervisors" are complete ingrates, just flat out tards.

No matter whether a pole got knocked over or whatever the fuck, complain like a faggot and threaten to go to another provider unless they give you some sort of free shit. It's petty, but do it.

I've been complaining constantly and so far only gotten a small credit to my account. They keep telling me there's no supervisors above them to talk to, so I guess I need to look into Century link, who also sound gay.
