If I didn't own a business and have family here I'd be out. Downtown in uninhabitable, I live in Wash Park which is even starting to get bad.
I lived in South Denver for a few years. Was there a couple years ago visiting friends and decided to check out 16th street mall just to see how much worse it has gotten, I wasn't disappointed.

Children are raised by a weak ass schooling system and internet porn, with no incentive to better themselves and no one that genuinely cares for their well being (in my experience with parents, they just wanna do enough to get the children grown as fast as possible or get government checks). Now mix that with rampant consumerism and drugs, and you get the beautiful cocktails that are our cities.
