When I smoke a cig I take half the filter off and I only smoke reds, lol. Lights I leave just enough filter to keep the tobacco out of my mouth. No sense fucking around with it. If you're going to smoke get that burn and that rush out of it.

Exactly. I get Marlboro medium 100s now cuz one of those sates me for 2+ hours. I only smoke a half pack (8-10) a day. More at night to relax.

Caffeine is definitely worse. If I don't get some in the morning I've got a splitting headache by noon. I've kicked nicotine a time or two and didn't notice much difference beyond the fact that I wanted it.
