Baseball requires tools to play, you need gloves, bats etc. All soccer requires is a ball, a net can be 2 rocks, trees etc and can be played anywhere. Soccer promotes fitness, baseball is a lazy sport with moments of physical activity.
You can do it with A batt and a ball and a few cones or shirts as bases We used to play a version called rounders in primary school. It was mostly seen as a girls sport. Like netball which is the girls version of basketball. Basically we let girls play basic versions of US sports while boys played football and rugby.

No wonder nobody really watches those sports here even though they are on television but mostly as filler

Why are there 8 referees, hundreds of laser cameras, 5 more video referees at a remote location, goal line technology and chipped soccer balls when I try to watch Parathikaikos vs Arsenal but it's such any easy game to play by yourself. Seems like the two aren't the same sport anymore. I get what you say about playing yourself but that's not what the sport has mutated into on the "telly"
I'm talking about people just playing at home. Professional baseball has all that shit too now, including challenges which is so gay

There's also people from the whole of Europe who travel to London for those games as it's far easier than flying to the US. I only know one person who watches/has a side in the NFL.
Whole of Europe ain't shit to travel, mass travel is easy as shit to do in Europe and even easier since the EU
Hell back in the day it was even easy to travel to Warsaw pact countries for a soccer game

There's about 200 million people within a two/3 hour flight from London. That's why NFL/MLB stage games there.

You may as well start a legitimate veterans league with 40 year olds then. Balon D'or and all those individual awards are absolutely meaningless bling to Impress the easily distracted. It's all about trophies as a side. Harry kane could've stayed at spurs and become premier league top scorer of all time but he went to win trophies as a side rather than individual awards
“Most goals since 1992” isn’t an award.

You have die hard fans showing up to fucking Millwall and Sunderland games and they have trash players. What’s wrong with Americans supporting their league and wanting to watch Messi before his career is over? Pretty ridiculous take.

Buncha people trying to pretend to like football because Messi is in town and some English people ( Will Ferrell is a genuine football obsessive if I recall)

You guys are happy enough with baseball which is one of the slowest sports I have ever seen
I'd argue soccer is the slowest sport I've ever seen. At least with baseball there's a play every few minutes. With soccer you could go 40 minutes without seeing a shot on goal. Then a faggot gets nicked by a cleat and cries for 10 minutes on the ground.

That said, I like soccer. I watch Messi clips and good goals/plays on YT.

There's play every single second in football. It may not lead to a goal of even a shot but there's always potential. Just like NFL there more tactics than a basketball game where it's shoot at one end shoot at the other over and over.

I can watch slow sports like snooker and test cricket. Baseball is too slow.

Average 5 minute soccer play:

Defender passes to full back, full back passes it back to him, same defender passes to the other defender, that guy passes to the right back, right back passes to goalkeeper who directly passes to the left full back, who now dribbles the ball forward 7 "metres", than turns back and passes to the closest defender, from where the ball continues to the right full back, who passes back to the other defender, who now sees the defensive midfielder changing to the left midfield in hopes for a favorable position, but is unable to make the pass and instead opts to pass the ball back to the right full back, who passes the ball to the goalkeeper, who receives the ball and gesticulates to his teammates to press forward and then passes to the left full back, who now dribbles the ball forward 7 "metres", than turns back and passes to the closest defender, from where the ball continues to the right full back, who passes back to the other defender, who now sees the defensive midfielder changing to the left midfield in hopes for a favorable position, but is unable to make the pass and instead opts to pass the ball back to the left full back, who passes the ball to the goalkeeper, who receives the ball and gesticulates to his teammates to press forward and then passes to the right full back, who dribbles the ball forward 6,5 "metres", than turns back and passes to the closest defender, from where the ball continues to the right full back, who passes back to the other defender, who now sees the defensive midfielder changing to the right midfield in hopes for a favorable position, but is unable to make the pass and instead opts to pass the ball back to the left full back, who passes the ball to the goalkeeper, who receives the ball and gesticulates to his teammates to press forward and then passes back to the left full back, however due to pressure from the opposing team, he has to shot the ball towards the ponent's half, leading to a lost ball and a free throw near the kickoff line.
