I dunno. I had a pit for 11 years. He was a good dog. He barked at nwords and spicky Mehicans when we went for walks. He never mauled my kids. Had to put the poor feller down cuz he ended up with Cushing's disease. Miss my dawg 😥
I've known some great pitbulls too. The friendliest dog I ever had was a rottweiler. Still, when I hear about anyone living in apartments or with kids getting them I'm like "Oh, so you're retarded and you'll take that crazy gamble."

People say it's how they're trained but I swear to fucking God, every good, friendly pitbull you've ever seen came out of the box like that. There's literally just good ones and bad ones and you don't know what you're going to get. I also think you can work on a bad one and make it a good dog for you personally but you can never trust it with anyone else or anything smaller than it is. You can't fuck up an exceptionally good dog. You can give them a shitty life or whatever, but that'll still be a good dog.
