Sure we may get confused by other people's emotions, have trouble processing our own, have equally good and bad memory, have slightly less muscle tone than other people do, have an awkward resting bitch face, get exhausted having social interactions, can be emotionally manipulated easily and are generally vulnerable, having trouble expressing their thoughts or finding the correct phrase that works for others, ect.
The good things:
We're inherently rebellious, one defining trait is having very original, brilliant ideas, our loneliness is easily curable (one person is enough), can withstand immense pain, tend to have above average IQs, are enclined towards discipline, need and thrive in structure as opposed to layabouts who can't cope with a scheduled existence, tend to excel in wherever their interests lie, tend to see things "ahead of the curve", I could go on but it suffices to say these are universally admirable traits and useful to society.
