Now you have average and below average people who are much like Imager. Easily manipulated. So you have marginally smarter people controlling high intelligent and low intelligent people. No government can fairly run a nation where people are completely different.

Grey Goose, Absolute, Smirnoff, Tito’s, Crystal Skull, Ciroc, Kettel One?
