Why would I fight for a government that actively hates me? I'm an average white guy, I pay taxes and raise my children. Recruiters are missing their numbers by half according to some people. And the military is not getting people to re-sign at nearly the same rates as they want. People are signing up less now than during the height of the IED bombings in Iraq.
