Brinton has mangled the case, kept it going in spite of not really doing much. Judge Ashley formally recommended he refile at a later date, but Brinton persisted to keep himself on the clock. Patrick is an extreme narcissist who will absolutely look to point fingers anywhere he can once he loses.

But, can he afford another civil case, against Minc Law who I'd assume has money set away for malpractice suits? More importantly, will another lawyer come on board? He's a difficult, problematic, "can't tell me nothing" client that continues to do stupid shit like engage with his "cyberstalkers" and insult them.

All kidding aside, I think his lawyer gave him poor to negligent advice. Brinton repeatedly failed to meet deadlines in a prompt fashion, used poor case law (not finding state cases that apply), and tried to bilk the client out of money due to poor strategy. Reminds me of those Wolf of Wall Street broker types who churn trades for commissions or pump-and-dump stocks.

I'd be surprised if Pat hasn't already consulted another lawyer to see Resto for legal malfeasance. It's the smart move.

I disagree on the negligence of BrinTon's advice.

Patrick had to have completely misrepresented himself, his actions, and dramatically overinflated the conspiracy and actual harm inflicted to BrinTon.

BrinTon took lying sperg Patso at his word, which is as worthless as Patso's commitment to Annabel.

BrinTon is a jew twink with a disgusting and fat coal burner sister just trying to make ends meet.

BrinTon declined to refile the case later, as there is no case to be made and no case to be won. There are no relevant case laws to site because there are no cases this ridiculous that have ever succeeded.

BrinTon is doing us a solid by allowing Patso to exhaust his legal options and funds in the first, useless salvo.

Patso's only hope is for Borg Doros, Esq to assume the case pro-bono.

I think that is one detail that works against pat suing resto. There are lies that pat put knowingly in his case. Hell resto could come here and get plenty of evidence against Pat if he asked. Hell the list of tough guy threats that Im sure Pat failed to mention when filing. All it would do is prove pat falsified information and resto could in theory get pat locked up. I think the last thing pat wants is his fabricated evidence getting exposed.

Brinton should be Disbarred for taking advantage of a mentally retarded fat man. That’s pretty low even for a lawyer. Brinton got greedy and saw dollar signs from Pat the pig and told him what he wanted to hear as long as the checks cleared. Pat definitely exaggerated our “crimes” to insane levels and Resto believed his client. We’ve seen how he describes us on twitter when someone posts the KF link. Pat has been proven to be big fat liar so I’m sure he oinked about our “felonies” (yet nobody has been arrested and convicted) and told Resto we’re trying to kill him (not so) with his fake swatting claim. Of course when it came to actually presenting evidence Pat had nothing and the case was reduced to bad book reviews, farting in vagina threats, and calling a man who claims to be an angry drunk an alcoholic and an obvious dyke a lesbian. Resto was in too deep and got greedy so he decided to keep it going since the checks kept clearing. In a panic Resto told Pat to make it look like we came to his house and did damage to his property right before an important court date to hopefully get something to stick.

And absolutely agree w/the above posters, Pat mispresented and inflated all his claims against the board to Resto. Resto also shares some blame there for not doing his due diligence on the board before filing such a retarded suit. Although like I said before, he wasn't expecting a fight. I'm sure he assumed a subpoena and some preliminary back and forth would've sent Quasi and the site running.
