Will Pig sue Brinton if he loses the case? 😹

I dunno guys but with the latest exhibits on an already shaky case I'm thinking Pig will lose in extraordinary fashion. Judge Schulman seems like he has a great legal mind (I've read some of his interpretations of past cases). Prepare for his breathtaking summary.

Question is, will Pig sue Brinton for malpractice? I think Pig has a case honestly. A lawyer is supposed to act zealously for his client, not keep what appears to be a hopeless case going just to bleed someone dry (my opinion of course).

Reminder: Ashley told Resto several times he had the option of dropping the case and refiling once he had a name but nope! Resto made what looks to me like a serious error by going full steam ahead on nothing. Here are months later with Piggy deeper in debt and probably about to pay Quashi's fees. Oh, and not a single name. Die. Oopsie. Doodles. About. It.

Pat should've known better from the start from Brinton's slogan -

"Can't afford the besto? Why not go with Resto? I'll have the pests arresto and you'll say dasabesto"🎶

Legal disclaimer: This is not actually his slogan.

Serious answer here: my legal counsel reviews every twist of this case in the unlikely event that I’m involved.

(in his opinion, quoted here as an opinion so don’t fucking sue me) He is shocked at how Bresto has mangled this case. He read court transcripts as well as the filings and thinks Pig has an actionable case again Bresto should he continue to lose on procedure grounds, like subpeona quashes.

I hate to give Fat Pat free, good legal advice, but he absolutely has a case against Minc. How crazy would it be if he ends up a millionaire via a settlement with them?

While I completely agree, I suspect even if Brinton had recommended dropping the case, our special always right boy would have insisted they keep going because the judge will definitely rule against us once he hears Pat's side of things.
Pat must be a nightmare to deal with on this case. demanding and trying to play lawyer. I bet resto is sick of his shit and wants this over as soon as possible.

All kidding aside, I think his lawyer gave him poor to negligent advice. Brinton repeatedly failed to meet deadlines in a prompt fashion, used poor case law (not finding state cases that apply), and tried to bilk the client out of money due to poor strategy. Reminds me of those Wolf of Wall Street broker types who churn trades for commissions or pump-and-dump stocks.

I'd be surprised if Pat hasn't already consulted another lawyer to sue Resto for legal malfeasance. It's the smart move.

It wasn't even all your money or access to the finest legal counsel that prevented you being named as a John Doe in the case - it was the fact that you have all the information to blow his mini marathon cheating wide open.

Wouldnt you need the capital to pursue that suit first? After losing and owing I dont think he could afford to jump right back into another suit. I dont think the Gorilla Law Firm will take his case pro bono. I dont know how something like this would work, Im just a poor bread maker.

Imagine how many meatloafs, Star Wars toys & nuclear releases he could get with $1m.
