Psychology is mostly used by women and faggots to pathologise normal behaviour, usually exhibited by white men. While it can be entertained, one shouldn't take psychology too seriously.

Most 'mental health' issues can be resolved fairly quickly by understanding that if you're not causing harm to yourself or others (i.e. actual abuse) then you're probably okay. You just need stop worrying like a faggot, and prioritise the things that do matter, like income, relationships, and hobbies. And stop watching TV, social media, and put down your phone. Your anxiety should then go away.

I had some hard times in my late 20s/early 30s. Did some therapy. I did have a breakthrough moment of understanding myself, but after that, will admit it was a bit of a waste. After the breakthrough, there's not much reason to continue going.

So I agree overall that for most people it's probably a waste, but for people who've been through some messed up shit, abusive situations as kids and stuff, there can be a benefit, just depends on the person I guess.

Sigh, it's a tough one man.

When I was In the military I saw a counselor. She was a retard. Now with the VA I do video call therapy. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn’t. I do like getting shit of my chest thou and having someone else actually hear it.

It has basically lead to violent criminals being systematically released from prisons and given cash bonds for things like murder, child rape, repeated assaults and gang activity.

You can go to a shrink and they will basically justify or exonerate you of any serious crime. This was basically the storyline of Sopranos. Where Tony is a known murderer and maniac. Yet Melfi treats him because she thinks that psychology is more important than locking up violent criminals.
